I started experimenting with entrepreneurship as a teenager. Most of those early ventures failed — and I learned more from each one than from any classroom. That mindset of try, learn, iterate still drives how I work today.
I'm comfortable navigating uncertainty, adapting quickly, and bringing people from very different backgrounds around a shared goal. From managing mobility programmes for 200+ international students to designing EU-funded cooperation projects across multiple countries — I've built my career on the belief that meaningful things happen at the crossroads of cultures.
